WOMEN'S KICKBOXING
(12 & OLDER)

Women 12 and older are invited to participate in our cardio kickboxing program: an intense, whole-body, high-intensity workout. Classes run non-stop for 35 minutes three times a week.

Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Fridays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am.

Monthly memberships available in two tiers: sign up for two or three classes a week.

You will meet the instructor and other students, learn more about our facility, review rates and terms — and you’ll participate in a class. Print a guest waiver form and bring it with you, wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes and sneakers and give it a try!
